Frimet Design Associates has been involved in the Master Planning and design of buildings in this prestigious Hollywood Hillcrest Community for 30 years. The Ben Tobin Companies selected us to design their offices on the last remaining lot in the subdivision, located prominently on the axis of a major entrance. This 13,000 Square Foot building resulted from the clients desire for a warm, contemporary, residential looking building that would fit harmoniously into the high rise residential community and suit the needs of this Third Generation successful Developer.

This 10 AC circular site of a former military academy in the heart of residential Hollywood required rezoning and a PUD Ordinance.
Arthur Frimet helped The City write its first PUD Ordinance and prepared all the exhibits and documents necessary to secure its successful rezoning.
This landmark glass office tower with it's full height atrium is the resultant solution.
