Commissioned by a blossoming South Florida municipality and the first facility in our overall master plan, the City of Pembroke Pines, SW. Focal Point Senior Center, provides a delightfully executed assortment of multi-functional, service, recreational, educational, theatrical, full commissary, and senior care, alzheimer and support spaces organized with astounding simplicity.

Years after occupancy the Senior Center flourishes and remains a success story of superior aesthetic and functionality realized at 8.5% under budget.

COLONY POINT CLUBHOUSE
Pembroke Pines, FL

The community focus hub of the recreational activities at Colony Point is this unique facility on the lakefront. This complex contains a 16,000 SF Building with an olympic pool, sundeck, waterfront access to the inland waterway beach created by the Developer, tennis courts, paddle ball, shuffleboard courts, theater, exercise, and various activities.

BOYS & GIRLS CLUB
Delray Beach, FL

We created a prototype design that fulfills the needs of these multi-use clubs. Over twenty years and ten clubs, gymnasiums, classrooms and gym areas, have caused dramatic improvements to the neighborhoods in which these clubs are located.

NORTH BEACH PARK
Hollywood, FL

This large enclave of environmentally sensitive Ocean Front property was a private beach for a few local residents until the state purchased it to save it from overly dense high rise development.

Imagine the architect's surprise at the organized opposition by the local residents who wanted to keep it private.

JEWISH COMMUNITY CENTER
Davie, FL

Located on a 10 acre site. We designed the campus master plan and phase one of this JCC facility. In order to fully understand the various functions, we visited JCC's in Boston, Chicago, Dallas, and Denver, for research.

The facility contains gymnasium, olympic pool and decks, play fields, day school classrooms, racketball courts, meeting rooms, administrative offices, a holocaust center, arts and crafts facilities, exercise machines, and weight training areas.

BONAIRE AT WOODMONT RECREATION CENTER
Tamarac, FL

In the heart of a 240 unit development located in the Country Club Community of Woodmont is the main recreation complex, which is the focal point of the community. This complex consists of auditorium and stage, meeting rooms, card rooms, billards, arts and crafts center, spa facilities, swimming pool, tennis courts, and pro shop.

PARK SOUTH CLUBHOUSE
North Lauderdale, FL

This was the first Condominium Recreation facility in South Florida. It was built in 1967 before the Units were constructed in order to prove the Developers reliability.
